Everyone is on their own individual and unique path so allowing others negative energies to occupy your mental space, influence your thoughts and drain your energy just gets you further away from your own journey.

So if you are searching for that one person to change your life, just look in the mirror. All the answers you ever need can be found inside when you look openly and honestly. Reflect internally, remind yourself of where you are at and where you want to be going...You are so much more than what you can see in the mirror, for it will only ever show you a reflection of your external self...look beyond the mirror and this is your true reflection.

Every human being has the potential to make a decision to better themselves, whether that be their health, fitness, lifestyle, skills, knowledge and experiences. Therefore, every human being on this planet has the potential for greatness.

Within the minute space between every breath, there is potential...for massive action and self improvement.
