And what you become is the result of what you do and have done today...


Motivation can only bring you so far on your journey. Self motivation is temporary and can't be relied upon for success. Motivation comes and goes. It has highs and lows. There will be days when you dont WANT to do what you should be doing towards achieving your goals!


Developing self discipline through cultivating daily habits, routines or rituals as essential non-negiotable tasks is what will be there when Motivation is low or non-existent. You don't WANT to do something difficult or challenging but you will do it anyways as you have built that stable mental foundation in which to function and act. It will so ingrained in your nature and daily routine that it will be instinctive, like brushing your teeth or combing your hair every morning!


This is not something that anyone can help you succeed at, it is only your sole responsibility. There will no one there to save you from yourself when you dont want to do something you know you should be doing! You are whole heartedly accountable for your choices and actions.
