YOUR INTERNAL DIALOGUE DICTATES YOUR EXTERNAL REALITY...

The world we live in may currently be in chaos, war, recession, crisis but these things are all external pressures. External chaos creates internal mental chaos, conflict and disorder - stress, anxiety, depression.


Whilst we may not have much direct control over these things around the world, the things we do have direct control over are our physical  health and fitness, mindset, what we eat, how we train and the thoughts that occupy our minds on a daily basis.


Only we have the power to influence these elements and essentially in its most purest form based on FREEWILL and simply a process of making a choice.


"Did you really have to eat that extra cookie?" 


You ultimately made a choice and that created your outward action. This then leads to a beneficial or alternatively a detrimental outcome! Your internal thought processes and decision making ultimately influences your external reality.


Your mental energy is precious, be aware to not allow negative environments and individuals to drain your energy down! Like a vampire, it will suck the life out of you if you let it! So make sure to put your armour on, cultivate and dominate your internal environment.


Additionally if you are in a negative mindset, be conscious that you also could negatively influence the mindset of those around you.


Develop your self talk and focus on building small wins throughout your day. These wins begin to have a compound effect over time for developing self discipline and self confidence. For example:


• Get out of bed on time without hitting the snooze button - WIN

• Practice gratitude Daily - WIN

• Eat a nutritious breakfast - WIN

• Get outside, fresh air and sun exposure - WIN

• Workout - build a robust and resilent body and mind - WIN

• Intra / Post Workout Nutrition - WIN

• Hit a Personal Daily Target - WIN

• Hit a Daily Business Target - WIN

Surround yourself with others with Positive Mental Attitude - WIN

• Avoid Mainstream Media that can trigger a negative mindset - WIN

• Optimise your nutrition consistently to aid fuel physical and mental performance - WIN

• Find an outlet / Do something you enjoy to disconnect and reduce stress - WIN

• Bedtime Routine completed - WIN

• Get optimum sleep and recovery - WIN

• Repeat above consistently every day - WIN


By changing your existing mindset and limiting beliefs to a mindset of abundance ("I'm winning in life") you will begin to change your outcome and also attract positivity into all areas of life.


If you are suffering from poor mental health, the benefits of improving one's physical health and fitness are significant at improving overall mood and wellbeing. Strengthening the body will strengthen the mind and versa versa.
